Cookie Policy

Every cookie and storage key each aeratus product uses, what it is for and how long it stays.

Version 2026-10-02 · in force from 2 October 2026

Our approach

We use only storage that is strictly necessary for a site to work, unless you agree to more. Strictly necessary storage needs no consent under Article 73(4) of the Lithuanian Law on Electronic Communications. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on our own pages. Some organisations switch on analytics tools on their own pages; those run only after you accept them there, and each organisation lists them on its "Cookies on this site" page.

aeratus.app

Nothing else is stored on your device on aeratus.app.

vox — vox.aeratus.app and organisers' event sites

Optional, only if the organiser turned them on and you accepted: Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_… — statistics, up to 2 years); Google Tag Manager (only on an organiser's own domain; it loads the tags the organiser configures); the Meta pixel (_fbp, _fbc — marketing, 3 months). These are the organiser's tools.

Maps: an event map from Google Maps loads only when you choose to show it; Google then processes your data under its own terms.

gslk — gslk.aeratus.app, gslk.club and club websites

Optional: the same analytics tools as in vox, when a club turns them on and you accept them.

q — the question-and-answer assistant

The chat keeps its session in memory only; nothing about your conversation is stored on your device.

scito — registration forms

Public forms store nothing on your device.

mag — journal websites

Each journal site is run by its publisher and has its own cookie notice.

Your choices

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through "Cookie settings" on the site where you gave it, and delete stored data in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary storage, signing in may stop working. Questions: hello@aeratus.app.
