1. How to request deletion
Send an email to hello@aeratus.app with the subject line "Data deletion". Please send the request from the same email address you used to contact us or to join the waitlist, so we can verify you.
If you no longer have access to that email, include enough detail for us to identify your record — for example, an approximate date you joined the waitlist.
2. What we delete
- Your waitlist email address and the associated signup metadata.
- Any correspondence we have on file with you (emails to and from hello@aeratus.app).
- Any other personal records tied to the identifier you give us.
Aggregated, anonymised, or fully non-identifying analytics data cannot be tied back to you and is generally not covered by an erasure request.
3. Timeline
We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of verifying your request, in line with GDPR Article 17. If we need more time due to complexity or volume, we will tell you and explain why.
4. What we may need to keep
We may retain limited information where we have a legal obligation to do so (for example, to defend a legal claim or comply with an audit obligation). In that case we keep only what is strictly required and delete the rest.
5. Third-party platforms
This page also serves as our data deletion instructions for third-party platforms that require them (for example, Meta / Facebook developer platforms). If you interacted with Aeratus via such a platform, sending an email as described above is the way to request deletion of the data we hold. Data held by the platform itself is governed by that platform's own policies.
