By accessing this website or joining the Aeratus waitlist you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. About Aeratus
Aeratus is a company based in Kaunas, Lithuania, building Human-First AI tools. This website is currently a pre-launch marketing site with a waitlist. No production product is offered here today, and joining the waitlist does not create any commercial contract, subscription, or guarantee of future access.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if higher, to submit an email to the waitlist or otherwise contact us.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that breaks applicable law.
- Submit false, misleading, or third-party email addresses to the waitlist.
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the site or its infrastructure.
- Scrape, copy, or reuse site content in a way not permitted below.
- Use the site to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, layout, design, logos, and the "æ" mark and product-tile visuals — is owned by Aeratus or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share the site for personal and informational use. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
6. No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or accuracy. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aeratus and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of this site or the waitlist. Aeratus is under active development. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the site or the waitlist at any time. We may also update these terms; the "Last updated" date will change and, for material changes, we will take reasonable steps to inform you. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms will be brought before the competent courts of Lithuania, subject to any non-waivable consumer protection rights available to you.
